All coaching is tailored to your unique needs.
You may have goals relating to your weight management, sleep quality, stress levels, fitness, social life, finances, work, or something else, because any area of life can negatively impact your health.
I mostly work via video call, unless you are local to me and would prefer a face-to-face session - perhaps whilst walking to aid your creative thinking.
Regardless of the service you are interested in, we will begin with a free, no-strings phone call to see if we are a good fit to work together.

A focused 60-minute coaching session designed to help you overcome what’s been holding you back and move forward with clarity and confidence.
This is a reset for your health and wellbeing.
In this session we will:
- Ask the right questions to clarify what really matters to you and what you want from your health.
- Identify what has held you back from making progress in the past.
- Explore exciting, realistic, personalised options you can start implementing today.
- Uncover the barriers within your mindset, habits, environment and behaviours - and begin addressing them with practical ways to move forward.
-Build a simple, sustainable approach that excites you and doesn’t depend on motivation.
- Finish with clear, achievable steps so you know exactly what to do next.You will leave this session with renewed confidence, greater awareness of your behaviours, and feeling better prepared for any challenges ahead.
This can act as a standalone session - there is no onward commitment. However, if you’d like continued support and accountability, we can certainly build something that suits you.

A shorter, introductory coaching session.
Those interested in the opportunity to receive this support should bring a health goal to the session to ensure we can produce action steps within the session time.
You will receive one-to-one support and guidance in relation to you goals, and will leave the session with a clear action plan for how you can best work toward them, with accountability to keep you on track.
You will also have the option to continue to my free 6-week programme.
Please note: You must be willing to have the 25 minute session recorded. This will only be seen by my assessors, purely for the purpose of my educational development.

This programme consists of weekly sessions for 4-6 weeks, enabling us to take a deep dive into your health.
This is an incredible opportunity for anyone who has been struggling for a while to achieve a health or lifestyle goal.
You will receive ongoing accountability, motivation and support, and you will experience a real shift in your mindset, enabling you to make lasting changes in your life that will lead you to better health outcomes.

About me
My health is not something I have always valued, I have struggled with addiction, food, exercise, screen time, stress, mental health, burnout, and many other all too common issues.
As you are well aware, we live in a world that promotes a constant state of stress. The food we are sold is becoming less like food by the day. Our media promotes fear with economic uncertainty, climate change and war. Apps and technology are designed steal as much of our attention as possible. These business giants used to make me feel pretty powerless, but over the last few years I have made some really simple changes in my life, and the impact of these has been incredible.
This journey has led me to a new and fulfilling career as a Health Coach, I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to turn my passion in to my job.
